Learning Goals:

A VALORISTE VOLUNTEER: an essential role in the field of circular economy

The objective of this activity is to increase participants' understanding and awareness to the volunteer and the circular economy concept, and to inspire them to apply to the culture of volunteering in of quotidian live.

Topic:

The topic of the training is the acquisition and enhancement of the skills of the volunteer Valoriste in the circular economy

To be based on the competence framework identified in the Matrix of Competencies.

Content / Methodology/Evaluation

Procedure:

  • Introduction: Introduction to the lesson and involvment of the participants
  • Main Contents: presentation of the module with explanations and activities
  • Group Activities: cicle time activities
  • Discussion on: volunteering is a choice for personal and social growth and encourages critical thinking. Participants will define the porfile and role of volunteering in the circular economy and third sector.

Methodology:

The activity will be developed using the following methodological approaches:

Brainstorming and Group Discussions:

A brainstorming session on volunteer project ideas in the third sector and circular economy will be initiated.

A group discussion will be promoted for participants to share opinions, ideas and projects.

Simulations Role-Playing:

Participants will be encouraged to simulate real situations in which they themselves will take on the roles of volunteers and face typical challenges.

Through role-playing, participants will experience practical scenarios and improve their communication and problem-solving skills.

Practical Case Study: case studies of successful volunteer projects will be analyzed.

Discussions will be held on the challenges faced and strategies that can be adopted in the circular economy

Evaluation

A closed-ended questionnaire with No. 5 questions will be used to assess learning.

Paper, pencils, scissors, glue, projector, computers with internet etc.
